What a wonderful fun, loving and spontaneous couple. I photographed their rehearsal dinner on the Friday night at the family home in Watson ville. I loved the horses and these made such cute pictures.

The wedding was on Saturday in Gilroy at a beautiful winery called "Sarah's Vineyard" Some of the best wine I have ever tasted ( I am from South Africa, and I have done plenty wine tasting from the Capetown wineries, and Sarah's wine is exceptional) The owners Alisha and Tim are very warm and welcoming, so if ever you feel the need to head out to Gilroy, stop in for some tasting, you won't be dissapointed.

I love this picture of the horse looking at them kiss.

Sarah looked so beautiful and regal, just like she belonged in the manor. It was a perfect day and she was a perfect bride. The flower girl was so cute, she thought that throwing the petals on the path mean't tipping them all out her basket, she so enjoyed doing that.

Been new to the Bay area, I thought Lodi was within the 60 mile radius of home!! Not, it was 106 miles 1 way. Another beautiful wedding, such a great family. I do have the best job, meeting new people and seeing stunning places.

This wedding was just spectacular, one of the best ever!! The couple were so much fun and the setting could not be more perfect. Once again I was so excited to photograph with natural light, there is nothing more rewarding than photographing  the soft warm glow of the sun on a bride and groom. I call it "having fun with light!" and there is nothing to beat it.  If I had to choose a place to get married, this would be it, this was the perfect venue in my opinion.

Joanne and Anthony got married in a beautiful Catholic Church in San Jose. It was just gorgeous. Joanne looked amazing, like a fairytale princess. The colors she chose were so vibrant and her theme was butterflies. It was just a stunning wedding from beginning to end.

I was hoping that this day would be a lucky day for them, since we shared the date. BUT as I have noticed, something interesting always happens that is not according to plan, and since their Priest was 2 hours late, nothing went according to plan. The first part of the wedding was traditional and then she changed into the white dress. By the time the ceremony was over, it was dark and we could get none of the photos with the glorious Bridges Golf Club setting. The venue was spectacular and the bride was totally gorgeous. I was very dissapointed for them. But they had a good wedding and that was important.
